Jonathan was born and raised in San Diego. While earning his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from UCLA and CSUSB respectively, he lived in the Russian cities of St. Petersburg, Moscow, and Vladivostok. Then he spent time living and working as an analyst in Washington D.C. After conducting research and enjoying horseback riding in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, he went on to teach many pupils in various national security programs domestically and abroad. He also wrote news reports for a national broadcast news network and then went back to teaching briefly at a few San Diego public and private campuses – Roosevelt International Middle School, High Tech High School, and Education First. Since 2020, he has helped many attorneys and their clients throughout San Diego County. On January 15, 2025, Jonathan joined Ferris & Britton as the firm’s Litigation Paralegal.
