Diane joined the firm in December 2023, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in corporate/business transactions, and trust and estate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Diane worked for notable firms such as Farella Braun + Martel LLP, Folger Levin LLP, Downey Brand LLP, and Weintraub Tobin. Diane recently returned home to San Diego, and she enjoys spending time with her son, Andrew, who will be commissioned as a Naval Officer in 2025, live music venues, and learning to surf. Diane graduated with a B.A. from California State University, Fresno, earned her paralegal certificate from California State University, Chico, and studied at Illinois State University, Springfield, in a graduate degree program.
